Don't do this at home

If this water heater had been installed by a profession plumber this customer probably wouldn't have needed SERVPRO. The catch pan in this house wasn't connected to a drain, when the tank leaked it overflowed in no time and flooded multiple rooms. Make sure your plumber is licensed and insured so you won't have this happen to you or your business.
